To ensure the success of the candidates that come through us and the clients that work with us, we'd like you to know a few things:

We are not an agency and do not market out individuals to other companies once they submit their details for an assignment. Information received from candidates is used purely for the purposes of the project we are working on.

We will never ever attempt to take a direct client from a consultant that has commissioned work through us.

We do not get involved in the practise of approaching candidates to test their loyalty to a current employer.

We do not discriminate against any individual on the grounds of race, age, disability, religion, gender or sexuality.
- We will ensure that every piece of work we do is done with our customers goals central to the assignment.
