accite identification

In the last ten years a vast array of tools has appeared to support the research process.  Sites like LinkedIn provide a phenomenal starting point for finding candidates, so too the huge amount of unstructured information online and the efficiency of search engines like Google.  But these are just starting points. Producing reports based solely on these information sources is to high quality research what sitting behind a checkout is to salesmanship.

Once a brief is thoroughly understood and the target list created, Accite researchers will move to the identification stage.  As a starting point, information available online will be found.  To not do so would be an inefficient use of our customer’s time and money. Techniques such as Google mining and the use of both paid and non paid for sites ensure we cover as much initial ground as possible. From this foundation we will then start providing the covert research necessary to ensure that the appropriate people in each target organisation are identified.

The telephone process employed by Accite utilises a combination of skills.  Researchers operate systematically.  Core call contact skills including caller empathy and encounter management are employed to maximise the effectiveness of each call we make. Structured processes are followed to ensure that the optimum activity is employed to research each organisation.  Hardware including hands free calling and dual monitors are used in order that we can communicate effectively and record the maximum amount of information obtained during a call.
