Relationships with both clients and candidates must always be kept at their optimum levels. We would expect all candidates sourced by Accite to receive contact from a consultant within seven days of our obtaining their details. If for whatever reason this is not possible then we would want to be able to contact them ourselves to notify them of any delays.
We also ask that clients of ours take the time to keep us informed of the progression of candidates provided by Accite and to take the time to complete the customer feedback form provided at the end of each assignment so that we can continue to be the research company our market needs us to be and more.
