Star delivery programme – Let Accite release the delivery potential of your team
The Accite star delivery programme has been put together so that over a day consultants and researchers can learn or hone the core skills, techniques and technologies needed to be successful in sourcing passive candidates.

A practising researcher since 1998, Dan holds a BA in Behaviour in Organisations, a qualification that he uses extensively when looking at reasons for candidate motivation. He has provided the research support for executive search assignments globally and at most levels.
Michelle Beckett – Director of Absolute Search Ltd. Michelle has over ten years in sales, research and competitive intelligence matters. Key subject areas include the use of LinkedIn for research and the practical application of research skills. She holds a BA in Theatre Studies that she puts to good use encouraging delegates to get the most from their training session.

- Identification from cold – the use of language, tone and timing to get that gatekeeper on side and identify the people you need.
- Social networking and how best to use it – a look at how to extract the maximum value from business social network sites including LinkedIn, Spoke and Xobni.
- Filling in the gaps – how to cross reference your previous results and lever them to find the people that you’ve not managed to get the first time round.
- Hitting the mark – what do you need to say to get through to that one person you know is right for the role? How can you guarantee they’ll call you back?
- It’s all in the mind – a discussion on what motivates candidates and how you can use that to your client’s advantage when going after the right people.
- Practise makes perfect – a chance to put what has been learned in role play situations as well as looking at common objections and the best ways to overcome them.
